Burlcore — Gold-Backed Multi-Chain Fundraising DApp

Real Gold. Four Blockchains. Monthly ROI on Autopilot — A Fundraising DApp Built for the Real World.

Burlcore is a production-ready multi-chain fundraising DApp where investors deposit USDT, USDC, or BUSD across Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, and BSC to earn 3–4% monthly ROI backed by real-world gold assets — with every deposit, payout, and referral reward handled automatically through audited smart contracts and zero manual intervention.

Project Overview

Most blockchain fundraising platforms have the same problem: they promise transparency but deliver a backend spreadsheet with a Web3 skin on top. Burlcore was built to actually close that gap. The platform gives investors a way to put capital into gold-backed assets using stablecoins, earn automated monthly returns, and verify every transaction on-chain — across four EVM chains simultaneously. We handled the complete build: smart contract architecture, multi-chain deployment, stablecoin deposit flows, on-chain referral engine, and a Web3 frontend designed to work for crypto-native users and complete newcomers alike. The result is a fundraising DApp that doesn't require trust in an admin — the contracts handle deposits, ROI calculations, profit distribution, and referral attribution without human involvement at any step.

Key Features

  • Multi-chain smart contract system deployed consistently across Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, and BSC with identical behavior, security, and gas optimization on each chain
  • Stablecoin-based deposit flows supporting USDT, USDC, and BUSD to simplify investor accounting and eliminate volatility from the investment side
  • Fully automated on-chain ROI calculation and monthly profit distribution — 3–4% monthly returns paid without any manual trigger or admin action
  • On-chain referral engine tracking user attribution and distributing first-month rewards automatically, removing manual reconciliation entirely
  • Wallet-driven investment flow with MetaMask and WalletConnect support, automatic network detection, and seamless chain switching
  • Real-time investor dashboard showing total investment, earned ROI, referral rewards, and full on-chain transaction history across all connected chains
  • Audit-ready smart contracts with role-based access controls and mission-critical logic kept fully on-chain for transparency

Technical Implementation

The core of Burlcore is a unified smart contract system written in Solidity and engineered to deploy identically across four EVM-compatible chains — Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, and BSC — with consistent logic, security posture, and gas behavior regardless of which network an investor uses. Stablecoin deposit flows were implemented at the contract level with automatic token detection, so a user depositing USDT on Arbitrum and another depositing BUSD on BSC go through the same clean, predictable flow. ROI distribution runs on-chain via automated payout logic triggered at monthly intervals, with immutable transaction records that any investor can verify independently without trusting the platform's dashboard. The referral engine tracks wallet-level attribution on-chain and calculates first-month reward distributions automatically — no backend database, no manual reconciliation, no disputes about who referred whom. The frontend, built with Web3 integration and wallet connectivity via MetaMask and WalletConnect, abstracts the multi-chain complexity entirely: users see one interface, connect their wallet, select their chain, and invest without needing to understand what's happening at the contract level. Off-chain dashboards and analytics handle performance-sensitive data display while keeping all financial logic on-chain where it belongs.

Challenges & Solutions

Building a smart contract system that behaves identically across four different EVM chains sounds straightforward until you account for the differences in gas costs, block times, and RPC reliability between Ethereum mainnet, Polygon, Arbitrum, and BSC. The architecture was designed around a unified contract interface with chain-specific deployment configurations rather than separate codebases per chain — one audited implementation, four deployments, consistent behavior everywhere. Automated monthly ROI distribution at scale needs to handle edge cases that break naive implementations: investors joining mid-cycle, variable pool sizes affecting per-investor returns, and payout failures on one chain that shouldn't affect others. The distribution logic was built with those scenarios mapped out before a single line of contract code was written. The referral system's biggest risk was on-chain attribution disputes — if the contract doesn't track who referred whom at deposit time, there's no trustless way to resolve it later. We record referral relationships at the moment of first deposit, on-chain, making the attribution immutable and the reward calculation deterministic. UX complexity was the final major challenge: a platform that works across four chains with three stablecoins could easily overwhelm non-technical investors. Auto-detecting the connected wallet's network and surfacing only the relevant options for that chain kept the interface clean without removing the multi-chain flexibility.

Results & Impact

Burlcore shipped as a production-ready fundraising DApp with fully automated payouts, on-chain referral rewards, and multi-chain investment support across Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, and BSC. The platform reduced operational overhead significantly compared to traditional fundraising structures — monthly ROI distribution that would normally require manual calculation and disbursement runs automatically through the contract with no staff involvement. The audit-ready contract architecture means the platform can go through a formal third-party security audit at any point without requiring code restructuring, which is a meaningful advantage for a platform handling investor capital. Nine months from brief to production across a four-chain, three-stablecoin DeFi system reflects both the technical depth of the build and the operational discipline required to ship something this complex without cutting corners on security.
